The Internet Representation Project (IRP) site is designed to insure your privacy as your name is not collected as a part of the process.However, your questions and followup responses with the attorneys servicing the IRP may be maintained in a data base for a period of time to review for content accuracy and to measure the effectiveness of the project. While steps will be taken to maintain the security of this data base, and it will only be utilized by , an absolute guarantee of security is not possible when dealing with the internet and internet based systems. You are strongly advised to avoid the use of identifying information when participating in the IRP.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but no other identifying information. This information is collected as aggregate information for statistical purposes.

We collect aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page and is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.Information will only be disclosed when legally required to do so at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our Web site and applicable laws or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our Web site.

With respect to cookies: We only set two non-personal temporary cookies that are eliminated when you log out of our site.

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
